FAQ
1. Can i use DSLR tripod?

Yes. On the bottom of camera body,

there is standard tripod head interface available to hold tripod.

2. Does the video shot by the camera support real-time viewing?

Yes, it supports real-time viewing on smartphone.

To preview it, please download detu camera app, and connect camera via wifi to the smartphone.

(note: Android system should be above 4.0; IOS above 9.0).

3. The camera battery is not charging?

Check if chargers provide usually 1A/5V for camera USB port.

Otherwise, the chargers may damage the battery.

4. Why I cannot connect to WiFi?

Check if the camera WiFi is turned on.

Check if the camera is connected to other phones.

Check if the Wi-Fi password entered is correct (default as 12345678).

Make sure App is close to the camera.

Make sure there are not too many interfering Wi-Fi hotspots.

After troubleshooting the above problems, restart the App and camera, and connect again.

If the problem persists after following the above solutions, please long press M key to restore to the factory settings, and then connect again.

5. Why do I fail to take photos/videos?

Please check if the camera connection status is normal.

Please check if the SD card is mounted, and if the storage space is enough.

Make sure the reading and writing speed of SD card is class 10 and above, the capacity of the SD card is 32GB or below, and the minimum compatible one is 8G TF card.

Please confirm if the SD card format is FAT32, and it is recommended after connected to the App, format the SD card once by going to "Settings -> SD Card -> Format SD card".

6. Why does the camera indicate THERE IS NO SD CARD
      but the camera in fact has one inside?

Make sure the capacity of the SD card is 128GB or below.

Make sure the reading and writing speed of SD card is at least class 10/UHS-1.

The SD card format is FAT32, and it is recommended after connected to the App, format the SD card once by going to "Settings -> SD Card -> Format SD card".
